Is is frequently accurate to assume that any question a noob will ask is addressed in the appropriate forum, the new wiki or an outside site.
The most efficient path to information in any of those three destinations is google.
This forum almost always combines elements of Warfare and Tactics, Ships and Fittings and, regrettably, CAOD.
For instance, after the QR release I switched to frigates for all my low sec activities after reading the dissatisfaction expressed in C&P regarding lock times, insta-warp and missiles becoming less effective.
Subsequently I am no longer low cost killboard stuffing.
